Temporary Industrial Laborer

About the role

We are looking for a temporary industrial laborer to support production at our New Windsor facility. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced brewery environment and the possibility to convert to a full‑time role after meeting hour and certification requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform rework duties safely and efficiently.
• Clean production lines and work areas to maintain hygiene standards.
• Conduct quality control checks on products.
• Operate industrial equipment to load, unload, and transport pallets.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and climates.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, twist and lift up to 50 lb.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

What we offer

• Base pay of $18.00 per hour (overtime $27.00 per hour after 40 hours).
• 12.25‑hour rotating day/night shifts (5:45 am‑6:00 pm / 5:45 pm‑6:00 am) with a 3‑day on / 3‑day off schedule.
• Potential conversion to a full‑time position after 1,000 hours and required certifications, with benefits thereafter.
