Temporary Account Coordinator – Recruitment

About the role

We are looking for a Temporary Account Coordinator to join Staffline’s recruitment team in Boston, East Midlands. The role is initially temporary with the possibility of becoming permanent, supporting our Boston and Spalding offices by supplying temporary workers to client sites.

Key responsibilities

• Meet client staffing deadlines by sourcing, selecting and onboarding temporary workers.
• Enter and validate data for weekly payroll and maintain accurate records.
• Process administrative requests such as absences, change of shift and other worker queries.
• Ensure compliance with audit requirements and keep secure documentation.
• Provide a positive customer experience and resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and solve problems.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong communication skills.
• Motivation to develop a career in recruitment; prior recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn new processes.
