Technology Consultant (Level 2)

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Technology Consultant (Level 2) to join its Financial Services unit in Weehawken, NJ. You will work on digital transformation projects for banks, wealth managers and insurers, applying AI, cloud and data‑led innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Document and refine business requirements as part of the elicitation process.
• Facilitate design discussions, capture decisions and guide the technical team.
• Develop, code, and integrate new features while ensuring system stability.
• Conduct code reviews, maintain repositories and implement test strategies.
• Analyze test results, coordinate bug fixes and support production issue resolution.
• Create user training materials, documentation and support frameworks.
• Maintain detailed records of code changes, testing techniques and support activities.

Required profile

• Strong collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end SDLC phases from requirements gathering to implementation.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.

Required skills

• ETL and Data Quality concepts.
• Experience with Azure‑based databases.
• Proficiency in MySQL.
