About the role

Sprinterra is seeking a senior Technology & AI Strategy Lead to shape and execute the company’s AI‑driven technology roadmap. The role will modernize Sprinterra’s operations and delivery model by introducing AI agents and intelligent automation, while supporting client projects.

Key responsibilities

Define and drive Sprinterra’s AI and technology strategy across the organization.
Transform internal operations and delivery processes through AI agents and intelligent automation.
Provide hands‑on engineering and architecture guidance for AI‑focused solutions.
Mentor delivery teams and collaborate with the Management Board on strategic initiatives.
Engage with clients in pre‑sales and technical sales activities, presenting AI‑enabled solutions.

Required profile

Proven senior leadership experience in technology and AI strategy.
Strong background in hands‑on engineering, solution architecture, and automation.
Excellent communication skills for client‑facing and internal stakeholder engagement.
Ability to mentor teams and influence executive decision‑making.
