Technicien régleur

About the role

The Technicien Régleur will join Greif’s production team to operate and fine‑tune extrusion and injection lines that create essential packaging solutions. You will work autonomously, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while supporting weekend on‑call duties when required.

Key responsibilities

• Apply hygiene, food‑safety and occupational‑safety best practices.
• Follow the production schedule, monitor order flow (OFR), and execute production changes.
• Set up, start, adjust, monitor, and stop extrusion lines and presses according to detailed set‑up sheets.
• Perform first‑ and second‑level maintenance and routine equipment upkeep.
• Conduct quality checks on products, record results, and raise alerts for any deviations.
• Participate in mold and material trials, and assist with weekend on‑call duties as needed.
• Track cycle times, scrap rates, and waste percentages, and help define new set‑up documentation.

Required profile

• Educational background ranging from vocational baccalaureate to two‑year post‑secondary studies.
• Ability to work independently with rigor and act as a reference point for colleagues.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Injection molding set‑up and adjustment.
• Extrusion line operation and troubleshooting.
