Technical Support Specialist – Weekend – Government

About the role

The Technical Support Specialist provides front‑line assistance to both technical and non‑technical customers, diagnosing and resolving complex software and network issues. This position works primarily on weekend and mid‑week shifts, supporting multiple product areas and ensuring compliance with service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update, and resolve support tickets in Salesforce while adhering to escalation procedures.
• Run basic SQL queries to gather data and troubleshoot customer problems.
• Provide phone and email support, delivering timely and accurate solutions.
• Collaborate with senior team members to investigate and resolve incidents.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all interactions and actions taken.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Experience in technical support or help‑desk environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
