Technical Support Engineer – WordPress (Remote, US)

About the role

We are looking for a high‑level Technical Support Engineer with deep WordPress expertise and strong communication skills. The role focuses on helping our clients keep their high‑traffic WordPress sites running smoothly while educating them to prevent future issues.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client support inquiries via email and provide personalized solutions.
• Tri‑age incoming tickets, follow up proactively, and monitor our private client Facebook group.
• Perform small technical tasks such as CSS customisations, plugin recommendations, basic PHP edits, SEO advice and site‑speed optimisation.
• Assist with new‑client onboarding, setting up services and ensuring a positive first impression.
• Collaborate with internal team members and external service providers to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
