Technical Support Engineer (Spanish)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer who is fluent in Spanish and English to join Odoo’s North American support team. The role is hybrid, based in Brisbane, CA, with four days onsite and one day remote. You will help SMB customers solve technical issues and maximize the value of Odoo’s ERP platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own and resolve support tickets related to Odoo tools, services, and customizations.
• Investigate root causes, propose short‑term fixes and long‑term solutions, and document outcomes.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and partner teams to address complex technical challenges.
• Act as a technical advisor, translating product value for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Support enterprise customers across SaaS, PaaS, and self‑hosted environments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong problem‑solving ability and excellent communication skills.
• 1‑3 years of experience in technical support or a related IT role is a plus.
