Technical Specialist – Claude Code

About the role

Anthropic is looking for a Technical Specialist to accelerate adoption of Claude Code, its fastest‑growing AI product. You will work directly with enterprise customers, turning developer enthusiasm into organization‑wide usage through tailored enablement and hands‑on demos.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑user excitement and deep adoption of Claude Code within strategic accounts.
• Design and deliver customer‑specific enablement programs such as workshops, office hours, and “build your first agent” labs.
• Partner with Sales, Applied AI, and customer engineering leads to scope and run strategic pilots before contract signing.
• Create demo applications and reference implementations that showcase Claude Code capabilities.
• Present at customer events, Anthropic builder summits, and internal team meetings.

Required profile

• Proven ability to engage senior platform engineers and answer technical questions on security, scale, and agent behavior.
• Comfortable working in front of developers, opening terminals, and guiding live tool usage.
• Experience delivering technical enablement in enterprise environments.

Required skills

• Claude Code platform (subagents, hooks, MCP servers, headless mode, managed settings).
• CI/CD pipeline integration.
• IDE integration and source‑control workflows (e.g., Git).
• Secure coding practices and agentic pipeline design.
