Technical Recruiter

About the role

Mirage is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own the end‑to‑end talent lifecycle for its Engineering and Product teams. Based in the Union Square office, you will act as a strategic partner to leadership, guiding candidates through every stage of the hiring process and ensuring a high‑touch experience.

Key responsibilities

• Guide candidates from initial contact through offer acceptance, delivering a thoughtful and personalized experience.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of elite technical talent.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiting peers to understand hiring needs and deliver precise talent matches.
• Champion diversity and inclusion by actively recruiting diverse candidates.
• Identify and implement improvements to hiring velocity, operational efficiency, and candidate satisfaction.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience recruiting software engineering and/or product roles at various seniority levels.
• Proven ability to use creative sourcing techniques and engage passive, world‑class talent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective partnership across all organization levels.
• Track record of providing an authentic, high‑touch experience to candidates and hiring managers.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
