Technical Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Partner

About the role

As a Technical Recruiter at Candid Health, you’ll serve as a strategic partner and advisor to our Engineering, Product, and Design organizations, focusing on full‑lifecycle recruiting for both specialized and generalist Software Engineers while helping double the technical team within a year.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruiting for individual contributor and leadership positions, handling sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and candidate experience.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and craft recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate quality.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with cross‑functional stakeholders, including co‑founders and senior leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in web‑scale or startup environments with a high talent bar.
• Proven success in building pipelines and top‑of‑funnel strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationships at all organizational levels.
• Team‑oriented mindset, valuing collaboration, diverse perspectives, and collective success.
• Experience with recruiting tools such as Ashby and data‑driven metrics to guide hiring tactics.

• Competitive salary range of $150,000‑$185,000 USD.
