Technical Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Hiring for AI Data Hyperscaler

About the role

We’re seeking a Technical Recruiter to own full‑cycle hiring as we scale the data hyperscaler for Physical AI. This individual‑contributor role will source, screen, and close engineers, researchers, operators, and hardware talent while shaping hiring pipelines and candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own requisitions end‑to‑end: source, screen, run structured interview loops, lead debriefs, and close with hiring managers and leadership.
• Source in unconventional places such as GitHub, arXiv, factory and hardware networks in Shenzhen, and conference speaker lists.
• Partner with hiring managers to write job descriptions, define hiring bars, and maintain high interview signal across software, research, data, ops, and hardware.
• Maintain pipeline hygiene in Ashby, track funnel metrics, and improve slow loops.

Required profile

• 2+ years recruiting technical talent in a competitive market (startup or technology company).
• Proven track record sourcing and placing software, research, data, or hardware‑adjacent professionals.
• Ability to evaluate technical depth without faking conversations.
• Comfort operating independently in ambiguous environments and building hiring systems.

Required skills

• Ashby ATS or similar applicant tracking system.
• GitHub sourcing for engineering talent.
• ArXiv and research paper sourcing.
