About the role

Applied Materials is seeking a Technical Project/Program Manager to lead cross‑functional initiatives that drive the development and delivery of advanced semiconductor and display equipment. You will work in a fast‑moving environment, shaping programs that enable AI‑driven technologies and next‑generation chips.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end program management for cross‑functional initiatives, ensuring timely execution against defined objectives.
• Navigate ambiguity by bringing structure, clarity, and forward momentum to complex and evolving problem spaces.
• Engage stakeholders proactively to understand requirements, align priorities, and resolve gaps.
• Develop and manage program schedules, driving progress toward key milestones.
• Identify potential complications and create practical mitigation and resolution plans.
• Communicate program status, risks, and decisions clearly to partners and leadership.
• Adapt quickly to dynamic environments while maintaining focus on critical deliverables.

Required profile

• Strong background in business management, product management, or operations within a technical environment.
• Proven problem‑solving ability and comfort working in ambiguous, “white‑space” situations.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
• Fast learner, highly adaptable, self‑motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
