Technical Project/Program Management Lead

About the role

Applied Materials is seeking a Technical Project/Program Manager to lead semiconductor construction and facilities readiness projects. The role will drive projects from concept through implementation, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery for internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and tracking tools.
• Coordinate cross‑functional resources and manage purchase requisitions and orders.
• Lead multifunctional design teams, providing technical input to achieve project goals.
• Monitor cost and schedule performance of equipment worldwide.
• Identify and resolve project complications, delivering mitigation plans.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in semiconductor construction, facilities readiness, and process tool installation.
• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background with multi‑discipline facilities knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret construction designs, schematics, and facility interface documents.
• Working knowledge of construction trades, contract structures, building codes, and union labor environments.
