Technical Project/Program Management Lead

About the role

This position leads technical project and program initiatives for semiconductor equipment, driving the development and delivery of complex solutions that enable AI and next‑generation chips. The role requires overseeing all phases from planning to implementation while collaborating with global customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee project plans from conception through implementation, defining objectives and ensuring alignment across the business unit.
• Manage schedules, task details, and resources using project‑management tools and software to meet on‑time and within‑budget targets.
• Lead multifunctional design teams, coordinate with customers, and provide technical leadership to deliver complex semiconductor equipment projects.
• Initiate and manage capital allocation requests, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders, and monitor cost‑schedule performance for internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise as a technical authority in project or program management within a high‑tech or manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to solve complex, cross‑functional problems and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of business and regulatory considerations, with experience driving risk‑heavy projects.
