About the role

Infosys is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join its Engineering unit in Richardson, Texas. You will work on telecom OSS/BSS solutions, driving agile delivery and ensuring high‑quality software releases.

Key responsibilities

• Document business requirements and support the elicitation process.
• Facilitate design discussions, capture decisions and guide the technical team.
• Develop, code, and integrate new features while maintaining system stability.
• Conduct code reviews, manage repositories and implement configuration and release management practices.
• Define and execute test strategies, analyse results and coordinate bug fixes.
• Create user training materials, documentation and support frameworks for smooth transitions.
• Participate in production issue resolution and propose preventive measures.
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques and support activities.

Required profile

• Collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end SDLC phases from requirement gathering to implementation.
• Skill in translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Passion for design and hands‑on coding experience.
