Technical Project Manager

About the role

HelloPatient is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end execution of complex customer deployments. The role sits at the crossroads of customers, AI Agent product management, engineering, and account teams, ensuring fast delivery, alignment, and successful launch of the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate complex customer deployments from kickoff through launch and expansion.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk registers.
• Drive weekly project cadence, status reporting, and clear ownership across internal teams.
• Identify and resolve blockers, keeping all stakeholders aligned toward launch goals.
• Partner with AI Agent product managers, engineering, conversational design, QA, and account management to deliver technical solutions.
• Gather customer requirements, translate them into technical workstreams, and configure telephony systems, agent campaigns, and self‑service workflows.
• Participate in testing, validation, and soft‑launch activities to ensure deployment readiness.
• Create and maintain project documentation, tickets, and workflows in tools such as Linear.

Required profile

• Highly organized professional comfortable managing multiple simultaneous deployments.
• Strong communicator able to work with executives, technical teams, and cross‑functional partners.
• Experience translating technical complexity into clear execution plans.
• Ability to support technical discovery, evaluate feasibility, and manage trade‑offs.
