About the role

Infosys is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead telecom OSS/BSS initiatives in Irving, Texas. The role combines project leadership, technical oversight, and stakeholder coordination to deliver high‑quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project timelines and proactively resolve resource gaps to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Act as liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating regular meetings and milestone reviews.
• Support the technical team in following SDLC processes and aligning deliverables with client specifications.
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.
• Contribute to the creation of project budgets that align with scope, strategy, and key deliverables.
• Identify scope changes and new client requests, estimate effort, obtain approvals, and secure client sign‑offs.
