Technical Program Manager

About the role

TensorWave is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex AI infrastructure initiatives. The role will coordinate hardware deployment, software infrastructure, and machine‑learning platform development to ensure the platform scales securely and reliably.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional programs covering hardware, software, and ML platform development, aligning engineering, product, and operations teams.
• Define program scope, objectives and success metrics for AI infrastructure projects such as GPU cluster build‑outs and inference optimization.
• Drive roadmap planning, prioritization, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Translate technical trade‑offs into business implications for executive leadership and external partners.
• Communicate program status, risks and blockers, and maintain transparency across the organization.
• Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks, and conduct post‑mortems to improve execution velocity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of technical program management experience in infrastructure, cloud platforms, or ML/AI systems.
• Strong technical background with ability to discuss distributed systems, GPU computing, and ML frameworks.
• Proven track record delivering multi‑quarter programs involving hardware and software components.
• Experience managing cross‑functional initiatives with engineering, product and business stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required skills

• Jira and Jira workflow implementation.
• AMD GPU architectures (ROCm, Instinct GPUs) or comparable platforms (NVIDIA CUDA, Google TPUs).
• GPU computing and distributed systems.
• Machine‑learning frameworks and AI infrastructure.
