Technical Program Manager, Enterprise Readiness

About the role

Anthropic is seeking a senior Technical Program Manager to drive enterprise‑readiness across all product surfaces. You will partner with security, compliance, engineering, and go‑to‑market teams to ensure that every capability meets the rigorous standards required by regulated customers.

Key responsibilities

• Run the planning and operating cadence for foundational‑capability roadmaps, defining clear DRIs, dependencies, and a single source of truth for product, engineering, and GTM leadership.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of high‑priority foundational programs, from scoping and trade‑off decisions through launch on every surface.
• Define the readiness bar for new products and features, ensuring required security, privacy, and compliance controls are in place before enterprise rollout.
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, solutions, and support on active deals and escalations; participate in customer security and compliance reviews.
• Translate customer and regulatory requirements into technical programs, working with legal, compliance, and GTM to prioritize and map high‑impact enterprise asks to roadmaps.
• Lead sample projects such as closing security control gaps for regulated customers, establishing data residency programs, building co‑creation operating models with large enterprises, and extending healthcare compliance coverage.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience managing complex, cross‑functional technical programs.
• Proven ability to work with product, engineering, security, and GTM teams to deliver enterprise‑grade capabilities.
• Strong understanding of security, compliance, data governance, and identity/access management requirements in regulated industries.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including direct interaction with customers, sales, and legal/compliance partners.
