Technical Program Manager, Data Center Operations

About the role

TensorWave is looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead data‑center operations programs that keep its AI compute infrastructure running at peak performance. You will own the full lifecycle of hardware deployment, capacity planning, change management, incident response and continuous reliability improvement across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end program management for data‑center operations, covering hardware lifecycle, capacity planning, change management, incident response and operational readiness.
• Coordinate facilities, networking, hardware and software teams to meet operational SLAs, program schedules and customer commitments.
• Define and track program milestones, critical path dependencies and resource requirements across concurrent multi‑site programs.
• Translate operational status and risk into clear reporting for engineering, product and executive leadership.
• Identify, escalate and mitigate risks to site reliability, capacity availability and uptime before incidents occur.
• Drive hardware deployment, node lifecycle and maintenance sequencing in alignment with capacity and customer commitments.
• Lead post‑incident retrospectives and corrective‑action tracking, turning lessons learned into durable process improvements.
• Maintain program documentation such as runbooks, risk registers, vendor trackers, capacity plans and change‑management records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management experience, with at least 3 years directly managing data‑center operations or infrastructure programs.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑moving, high‑visibility environments and communicate clearly under pressure.
