Technical Program Manager – Component Engineering (E2)

About the role

The Applied Global Services (AGS) Component Engineering team is looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive execution across multiple engineering disciplines. This fast‑paced, onsite position partners with engineers and cross‑functional teams to interpret technical information, run programs, and enable data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as Technical Program Manager for engineering projects and change initiatives tied to revenue and operations.
• Lead engineering meetings, track action items, and drive timely decision‑making across stakeholders.
• Partner with engineers to interpret drawings and technical data, communicate requirements, and resolve issues quickly.
• Support New Product Introduction and product transfer programs, coordinating engineering, operations, and suppliers.
• Compile, track, and analyze engineering and operational data to support decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience, ideal for early‑career candidates.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Experience creating trackers, dashboards, or data models for engineering decisions.
