Technical Program Manager, Billing

About the role

Anthropic is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead cross‑functional billing programs. You will partner with billing engineering, GTM systems, finance, treasury, product, and support to provide clear visibility into priorities, dependencies, and progress.

Key responsibilities

• Drive cross‑team programs that build billing platform foundations from scoping to delivery.
• Standardize the intake of new commercial work with a framework, clear owners, and sequenced dependencies.
• Own the end‑to‑end promotions program, creating a repeatable path from proposal to reconciliation for self‑serve and sales‑led initiatives.
• Ensure commercialization and launch readiness for all new products and SKUs, guaranteeing pricing, metering, invoicing, and reporting are in place.
• Manage the change process for the charge pipeline.
• Run payments‑operations programs with finance and treasury, covering currency and FX considerations.

Required profile

• 6+ years of technical program management experience with a track record of owning cross‑functional programs end to end.
• Ability to reason about metering, invoicing, payment flows, and the underlying data pipelines.
• Experience running launch‑readiness programs that require commercial and billing pathways before product release.
• Proven ability to build trust with engineers, finance, treasury, GTM, product, and support teams and translate between them.
• Comfortable driving outcomes across teams that do not report directly to you.
• Preference for building repeatable processes over ad‑hoc fixes.
