Technical Product Consultant

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Technical Product Consultant to join its Communications, Media, and Technology (CMT) unit in Richardson, Texas. The role focuses on driving digital transformation for telecom, media, and technology clients through product management, AI, and identity solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes to identify optimization opportunities and align them with industry standards.
• Facilitate benchmarking studies and work with stakeholders to ensure solution performance meets domain‑specific insights.
• Collaborate with technical teams to document customizations, configurations, and draft standard operating procedures and workflows.
• Conduct in‑depth research on third‑party products, providing comparative analysis of features, costs, and scalability.
• Coordinate solution implementation, address issues during setup and integration, and support SOP development to maintain system stability post‑implementation.

Required profile
