Technical Curriculum Developer – AI Agents (Remote)

About the role

Veeva is seeking a Technical Curriculum Developer who will design and deliver hands‑on training for AI agents on its industry‑cloud platform. The role blends curriculum creation with building functional AI demos and labs for customers, partners and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build interactive labs that teach developers how to create, configure, and deploy custom AI agents.
• Develop working AI agent demos and reference implementations to anchor training sessions.
• Translate real‑world challenges—tool calling, context management, prompt design, error handling—into clear learning pathways.
• Maintain advanced technical courses that require Java coding and REST‑API fluency.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Professional Services and Support to incorporate new features and address pain points.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the evolving agentic AI ecosystem and integration standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Instructional Design or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years creating technical training or curriculum for developers, consultants or power users.
• Hands‑on experience building, configuring and deploying AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph or Anthropic Claude SDK.
• Ability to read and troubleshoot Java code and work with REST APIs.
• Self‑directed, comfortable with ambiguity, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

• LangChain / LangGraph or similar AI‑agent SDKs
• Java programming
• REST API development and testing (Postman)
• Git version control
• Model Context Protocol (MCP) or comparable integration standards
• Familiarity with LMS and authoring tools (Articulate, Camtasia, Arcade, Vyond, Gemini, Claude)
