About the role

Infosys is seeking a Technical Architect to join its Retail, Consumer Goods, and Logistics unit in Nashville. You will work with customers to design scalable, secure, and high‑performance solutions that drive innovation across the sector.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to gather and analyze system requirements for performance, security, and scalability.
• Provide architectural recommendations, contribute to technology framework development, and support enterprise architecture definition.
• Evaluate market technologies and tools, perform comparative analyses, and propose optimal architectural solutions.
• Develop integration strategies and validate proof‑of‑concept implementations.
• Ensure smooth knowledge transfer, uphold quality standards, and support build‑deployment automation.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex technical issues during build, deployment, and support phases.
• Analyze system performance of implemented architectures and identify potential risks.
• Create and maintain architectural artifacts and technical solution documentation.

Required profile

• Strong ability to analyze, design, and develop scalable and secure architectures.
• Proven experience assessing multiple technologies and selecting appropriate solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for customer interaction and knowledge transfer.
