Tech Talent Partner

About the role

Chapter 2 is looking for a Tech Talent Partner to act as an embedded talent expert for its technology and engineering hiring. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to design hiring strategies, source top talent, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for early‑stage and scaling tech businesses.
• Own full‑cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, offer management and onboarding strategy.
• Provide market insights, hiring data and recommendations to improve interview processes.
• Represent Chapter 2’s employer brand with authenticity and professionalism.
• Contribute to broader talent initiatives across the company’s portfolio.

Required profile

• 6+ years of talent acquisition experience, primarily hiring for engineering or GTM roles.
• Background in a high‑growth agency or startup environment with exposure to embedded recruitment models.
• Proven stakeholder management skills – able to influence and collaborate with senior leaders.
• Passion for mission‑driven or startup work, highly organized and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
