Team Manager – SoHo Luxury Retail

About the role

Louis Vuitton is looking for a motivated Team Manager to lead its SoHo boutique. As the brand ambassador, you will guide a team of sales professionals, nurture client relationships, and drive sales performance while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the boutique team to achieve sales targets.
• Build and deepen client relationships through personalized service and clienteling.
• Drive business growth by implementing visual merchandising, product performance initiatives, and floor management strategies.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring standards of service, visual presentation, and store efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager on business planning, performance analysis, and action‑plan execution.

Required profile

• Commercially minded with strong understanding of the luxury market.
• Proven retail experience, preferably in luxury fashion.
• Demonstrated people‑leadership abilities and passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Agile, adaptable, and comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
