Team Leader – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

The Team Leader provides direction and support to operators, assigns work based on management priorities, and motivates the team to meet production goals. This position ensures product quality, monitors process compliance, and drives continuous improvement within the manufacturing group.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect products by conducting thorough quality checks according to specified instructions.
• Report disruptions or deviations to the Manufacturing Group Leader for swift resolution.
• Verify that components, parts, and documents meet quality specifications before advancing in the process.
• Propose and implement improvements to enhance quality, productivity, and the work environment.
• Operate and oversee machinery, tools, and equipment, executing standard and complex production tasks.

Required profile

• At least 1 + year of experience in a manufacturing environment; team‑leadership experience preferred.
• High school diploma, vocational training, or equivalent.
• Ability to perform physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and self‑starter attitude.
