Team Leader - Gasketing Material Handling

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the daily plan for the material handling team, assigning resources to meet daily goals.
• Lead a team of material handlers to ensure accurate and timely parts picking.
• Run daily shift startup/handover meetings and drive ALPS performance and improvement meetings.
• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, production and inventory teams to resolve issues and inventory discrepancies.
• Participate in problem‑resolution processes, root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement projects.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2–4 years of warehouse logistics experience.
• 2–4 years of material handling equipment experience.
• Experience with handheld barcode scanners (Zebra preferred) and ERP systems (Microsoft D365 preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with handheld barcode scanners.
• Familiarity with Bill of Materials, pick lists and other manufacturing documents.
• Experience using ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Certified operation of forklift and order picker equipment.
