Team Leader – Ad Certification (Austin, TX)

About the role

Infosys is seeking an experienced Team Leader to manage its Ad Certification operations in Austin, Texas. The role blends people leadership with hands‑on content review, ensuring policy compliance and high‑quality ad moderation across the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Perform direct ad and URL content reviews to maintain deep policy expertise and support production needs.
• Deliver accurate, consistent reviews within defined SLAs and quality benchmarks.
• Handle complex, sensitive, or high‑risk escalations, applying sound judgment in ambiguous policy scenarios.
• Identify emerging trends, policy gaps, and systemic risks, reporting insights to management.
• Provide real‑time guidance, decision support, and coaching to a team of Ad Certification Specialists.
• Conduct regular quality reviews, calibrations, and feedback sessions to drive continuous improvement.
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing skill development for new and existing team members.
• Foster a culture of quality, accountability, and psychological safety when dealing with sensitive content.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 4 years of experience in ad certification, ad review, or Trust & Safety content moderation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to navigate grey‑area policy scenarios.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and time‑management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Apple products and services (MacOS, iOS) – a plus.
