Talent Sourcer – Remote (Americas)

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to help us build a world‑class team as Tremendous expands globally. In this fully remote position you will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to identify and engage high‑quality candidates across all functions.

Key responsibilities

• Source high‑caliber candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, referrals and other channels.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies tailored to each open role.
• Research talent markets, candidate profiles and competitive landscapes to inform pipelines.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to refine job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Use data and feedback to improve sourcing conversion rates, outreach quality and pipeline health.

Required profile

• 2+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience, preferably in a growth‑stage company.
• Strong curiosity about talent markets and ability to become an expert in supported roles.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, remote environment and solving ambiguous problems.
