Talent Sourcer – Business & Operations

About the role

Cohere is a security‑first enterprise AI company looking for a Talent Sourcer to build a pipeline of world‑class business talent across Sales, Finance, Revenue, Marketing & Communications, and Operations. You will partner with hiring managers and talent partners to deliver a premium recruiting experience and help scale the company’s go‑to‑market teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build, own, and nurture a strong pipeline of business talent across multiple functions.
• Partner with hiring managers and talent partners to source and engage passive candidates using creative methods.
• Maintain deep market intelligence on talent trends and competitive landscape.
• Manage recruiting funnels in the ATS, updating progress and analytics regularly.
• Develop proactive sourcing approaches to optimize the top of the funnel.
• Cultivate relationships with business communities and industry leaders.
• Identify and lead high‑impact talent projects as they arise.

Required profile

• 3+ years of sourcing experience for business roles (Sales, Finance, Revenue, Marketing & Communications, Operations) in EMEA/US markets.
• Proven track record in high‑growth, high‑bar environments, preferably in startup or AI technology.
• Established high‑profile network in business communities.
• Creative problem‑solver who thrives in fast‑paced, ambiguous settings.
• Strong influencer with exceptional relationship‑building skills.
• Data‑driven decision‑making using analytics to measure sourcing effectiveness.
