Talent Partner – Business Functions (NYC)

About the role

Chapter 2 is looking for a Talent Partner to lead the recruitment of high‑impact business functions in New York. You will work closely with senior leaders to design and execute hiring strategies that fuel growth for our clients across sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to understand hiring needs and craft tailored recruitment plans.
• Own full‑cycle recruitment for sales, commercial, marketing, partnership, and customer success roles.
• Build and nurture pipelines of qualified go‑to‑market talent.
• Improve hiring processes, shape recruitment culture, and support employer branding initiatives.
• Leverage data to track progress, provide insights, and inform hiring decisions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven experience recruiting across business functions such as finance, legal, underwriting, and marketing.
• Experience in fast‑paced start‑up or scale‑up environments, preferably within fintech.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills with hiring managers.
• People‑first mindset with a passion for delivering great candidate experiences.

Required skills

• Advanced sourcing techniques across multiple platforms.
• Data‑driven recruitment analytics.
• Knowledge of RPO models (advantageous).
