Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the role

The Ward Law Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruiting across its three offices in Miami Lakes, Orlando, and New York City. You will own the critical window when top candidates are most responsive, ensuring a steady flow of qualified talent for our personal injury law practice.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates for open positions across all three locations using job boards, LinkedIn, professional associations, alumni networks, and direct outreach.
• Build and run Boolean search strings to match defined role criteria.
• Conduct high‑volume outbound outreach, screen applicants, and keep the recruitment pipeline moving.
• Maintain a full calendar of interviews and candidate conversations for Monday mornings.
• Work independently with limited real‑time supervision, collaborating with hiring managers as needed.
