Systems Administrator

About the role

You will join a client’s IT team as a key member responsible for managing and administering the internal IT infrastructure. Reporting to the Systems Administration Manager, you will work closely with DevOps, InfoSec, and Support teams to keep systems secure, reliable, and aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and administer Microsoft 365 applications and services.
• Oversee cloud environments on AWS and Azure, including user provisioning in Azure AD.
• Develop and deploy automation scripts using PowerShell and/or Python.
• Maintain Single Sign‑On integrations with external SaaS platforms.
• Support onboarding/offboarding, account clean‑up, and device deployment via Intune and Jamf Pro.
• Troubleshoot server, network, and system incidents; act as escalation point for the helpdesk.
• Create and maintain documentation for end‑users and the IT team.
• Collaborate with Information Security to implement security policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2‑4 years of Systems Administration experience.
• Azure Fundamentals (AZ‑900) or similar cloud certification preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
