About the role

The System IT Strategy, Delivery, and Performance Officer is a senior executive position within the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. This leader shapes and operates the strategic planning and performance ecosystem for System IT, ensuring that technology strategy is actionable, measurable, and consistently delivered across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evolve System IT strategic plans, enterprise outcomes, annual operating plans, and multi‑year transformation roadmaps.
• Translate strategy into measurable initiatives and portfolio priorities in collaboration with portfolio leads.
• Engage with CIO business portfolio leads to align business needs with System IT priorities.
• Ensure strategic outcomes are measurable, reported transparently, and linked to enterprise goals.
• Establish and guide strategy standards to ensure consistent enterprise outcomes across System IT portfolios.
• Lead enterprise‑wide vendor sourcing strategy.
• Enhance delivery quality, risk identification, compliance, and predictability across programs and initiatives.
• Advance a unified delivery model including standards, planning, execution, and change management.
