Sustainability Senior Manager

About the role

The Sustainability Senior Manager is a key member of the QSE Team, responsible for driving the site sustainability and environmental strategy across the Atlanta Beverage Base Plant, Caribbean Refrescos and CPSNA CDC locations. The role ensures compliance with regulatory and TCCC requirements while delivering measurable sustainability performance.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously improve the site environmental management system to meet ISO 14001, AWS and ISO 50001 standards.
• Develop and track an annual sustainability program, including water, energy and packaging initiatives aligned with the CPS 2030 strategy.
• Measure, report and analyse environmental performance data for ESG reporting and predictive analysis.
• Lead internal audit programs and ensure readiness for ISO, GAO and other regulatory audits.
• Provide engineering design input to ensure sustainable facility processes and manage waste, wastewater and hazardous waste compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in environment/sustainability roles, preferably with team management responsibilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven project‑management experience and ability to influence across all organizational levels.

Required skills

• ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 environmental management systems.
• PAS2060, Alliance for Water Stewardship (AWS) and KORE regulatory requirements.
• Greenhouse Gas (GHG) protocol, Science‑Based Targets (SBT) and carbon‑footprint analysis.
• Water stewardship, renewable energy technologies and sustainable packaging design.
• Engineering design, waste management and internal audit techniques.
