Surgical Technology Faculty (Non‑Tenure)

About the role

The Surgical Technology Faculty member will deliver the approved curriculum, monitor student progress, and serve as a professional role model in a clinical teaching environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver approved curriculum and monitor each student's progress throughout the day.
• Provide timely feedback, evaluate clinical performance, and complete Clinical Evaluation Forms at the end of each rotation.
• Maintain regular communication with the Program Director and operating‑room personnel to ensure program compliance.
• Respond promptly to student inquiries by phone, in person, or other communication methods.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program with a current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential.
• Minimum two years of recent clinical experience as a Surgical Technologist.
• Ability to teach both clinical and didactic components and meet all regulatory and corporate qualifications.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive professional attitude.
