Key responsibilities

• Provide daily personal and emotional support to individuals.
• Assist with skill development, home management, leisure, employment, and travel activities.
• Support people both in their own homes and within the community.
• Empower individuals to achieve personal goals using a person‑centred approach.

Required profile

• No prior experience or qualifications required – full training provided.
• Compassionate, caring, confident and resilient.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑starter with high motivation and a professional attitude.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
