Supply Technician II – Deployment Pool (RPA Mx)

About the role

The Supply Technician II will join the Deployment Pool, providing logistics and supply support for aircraft maintenance operations at various CONUS and OCONUS locations. The role requires flexibility to meet deployment schedules and ensures all materials, equipment, and government property are accurately tracked and delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Account for all materials and support equipment shipped in and out of the facility.
• Track parts due in from maintenance, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Maintain inventory using appropriate software and conduct regular stock counts.
• Research, order, and receive parts, tools, and materials to sustain maintenance capabilities.
• Process paperwork, including DD‑1149 forms, for all supply activities.
• Route, store, palletize, and prepare materials for shipment according to technical guidelines.
• Operate hand and power trucks and material‑handling equipment as needed.
• Supervise, train, and mentor subordinate supply personnel.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent military/vocational training.
• Minimum three years of supply/support experience, preferably with aircraft maintenance.
• Active Secret clearance within the last 12 months and US citizenship.
• Ability to deploy internationally and meet OCONUS medical and security requirements.
• Physical ability to lift and carry equipment over 50 lb for extended periods.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computerized inventory management systems and databases.
• Advanced use of spreadsheets for tracking and reporting.
• Operation of material‑handling equipment, hand trucks, and power trucks.
• Equipment and cargo preparation, pallet building, and hazardous cargo handling.
• Processing and filing of DD‑1149 supply documentation.
