Supply Engineer – Glazing Construction

About the role

Crystalia Glass LLC is seeking a Supply Engineer to oversee procurement and supply activities for glazing construction projects. You will coordinate material orders, manage supplier relationships, and ensure that all technical specifications are met to deliver high‑quality glass solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and control production processes: set up glass orders, verify hardware availability, and order custom hardware or materials as needed.
• Plan inventory by forecasting demand and keeping warehouses stocked.
• Source and evaluate local and international suppliers, negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery timelines.
• Order consumables for installation teams and warehouses, track order status, and resolve delivery issues.
• Review technical drawings and specifications to create accurate material lists and ensure dimensions, finishes, and quality requirements are met.
• Maintain up‑to‑date technical documents and coordinate component orders for container arrivals.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Project Managers, designers/engineers, and estimators to support substitutions, change orders, and budgeting.
• Assist the warehouse team in verifying that received parts match drawings.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement, supply chain, or engineering within construction, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Fluent in English (C1) and Russian (C1).
• Strong organizational skills and experience creating material lists from specifications.
• Proven supplier negotiation and international sourcing experience.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and procurement systems in a multitasking environment.
