About the role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex cross‑functional initiatives focused on manufacturing readiness, supplier qualification, risk mitigation, and supply chain resilience. The role partners closely with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and external suppliers to drive technical programs from concept through implementation.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare project plans and drive projects from conception to implementation, including strategy, process, and resource development.
- Lead complex technical programs involving manufacturing, engineering, quality, and supply chain organizations.
- Provide engineering and business process expertise on standard programs and issues.
- Identify and resolve potential complications, developing solutions for resolution.
- Drive supplier qualification and alternate source development to improve business continuity and reduce supply risk.
- Evaluate manufacturing processes, supplier capabilities, and qualification readiness.
- Manage technical risks, develop mitigation plans, and drive issue resolution across stakeholders.
- Coordinate engineering change implementation and manufacturing readiness activities.
- Facilitate root‑cause investigations and corrective action plans with suppliers and internal teams.
- Develop and track program schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and executive communications.
- Present program status, technical risks, and mitigation strategies to senior leadership.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, manufacturing, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in technical program management, manufacturing engineering, supplier quality, operations, or supply chain.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and operations.
- Experience with supplier qualification and supplier quality methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional technical projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience managing technical risks and driving issue resolution.

- Salary range: $133,500 – $183,500 per year.
- Location: Santa Clara, CA, 100% onsite.
