Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

The Supply Chain Coordinator supports the daily flow of inventory, customer orders, shipments, and vendor interactions across the entire supply‑chain lifecycle. You will work closely with multiple internal teams and external partners to ensure operational efficiency and timely delivery to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily supply‑chain operations and inventory movement across multiple stages.
• Maintain strong relationships and communication with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate order flow from inventory intake through inbound and outbound fulfillment.
• Monitor order status, shipment progress, tracking updates, and operational timelines.
• Identify, escalate, and help resolve bottlenecks, delays, shipment discrepancies, and system issues.
• Assist with vendor onboarding, compliance, account maintenance, and operational communication.
• Track and manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and visibility.
• Support operational reporting, KPI tracking, and data analysis.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align processes and improve workflow.
