Supply Chain Analyst – Direct Procurement (Battery Raw Materials)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Supply Chain Analyst to join Tesla’s direct procurement team focused on battery raw materials. In this role you will help ensure optimal supply assurance, pricing, flexibility, quality, and delivery performance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support procurement tasks such as supplier set‑up, purchase order creation and approval, price updates, material movement, and program tracking.
• Manage contracts including NDAs, terms & conditions, and piece‑price agreements.
• Conduct spend analysis, supplier management, strategic sourcing, and cost modelling.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across functions, commodities, and business areas.
• Track raw‑material costs, drive reduction initiatives, and produce data‑driven reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in commodity management, procurement, sourcing, or a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail for data analysis and cost evaluation.
• Self‑motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
