Supply Associate – Insights

About the role

Join Shiftsmart’s Supply team in New York City to manage partner (worker) supply, ensuring high‑quality workers are available to fill shifts for our customers. You will work across the partner journey, identifying problems and opportunities in the supply funnel and collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Operations to devise data‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor overall supply health across markets, uncover hidden issues, triage root causes, and propose systemic improvements.
• Design and launch initiatives such as referral programs, activation and re‑engagement campaigns to attract and retain high‑quality workers.
• Analyze the end‑to‑end worker funnel to identify bottlenecks and ensure a steady pipeline of qualified workers in the right locations.
• Build and use analytics tools (Google Sheets, SQL, internal dashboards) to uncover insights, measure performance, and guide strategic decisions.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, Support, and Operations to drive measurable improvements in worker experience, funnel conversion, activation, and retention.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with 2‑5 years of experience thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
• Results‑driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong problem‑solver who can quickly learn, adapt, and translate abstract challenges into concrete solutions.
• Data‑driven mindset, comfortable using SQL and analytics to inform decisions.
