Supplier Management Analyst

About the role

The Supplier Management Analyst supports Invesco’s Supplier Relationship Management program, focusing on high‑complexity supplier relationships and ensuring compliance with risk frameworks. You will work closely with the Supplier Relationship Management Manager and cross‑functional teams to assess, remediate, and monitor supplier risk.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze supplier risk assessment responses to validate controls and identify potential risks.
• Engage suppliers and internal partners to develop and track risk remediation plans.
• Coordinate meetings with stakeholders to review supplier information and create action plans.
• Recommend solutions to executives for addressing performance or risk issues.
• Support business units in program participation, compliance, and training.
• Compile periodic reports for committees and senior management.
• Collaborate with Security, Compliance, Privacy, and Technology teams to tier suppliers by risk.
• Maintain accurate supplier records and documentation.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in supplier relationship management, supplier risk management, or audit.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions.
