About the role

The Superintendent leads field operations to deliver high‑quality construction results while fostering professional growth within the team. This role ensures safety, regulatory compliance, and alignment with project objectives to strengthen client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of field personnel to achieve exceptional performance.
• Oversee all on‑site construction activities, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and to project specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to schedule resources, resolve issues, and manage costs.
• Enforce compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Review and approve daily field documentation such as progress reports, safety logs, and incident records.
• Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders.
• Integrate prefabrication strategies by collaborating with prefabrication teams and trade partners.

Required profile

• Associate's degree in construction or a related field.
• Proven experience managing field teams and on‑site construction activities.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
