Summer Music Camp Worker (Temporary)

About the role

The University of Arkansas at Monticello is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join its Summer Music Camp team. This temporary, on‑site position supports the camp’s musical activities, student housing, and related administrative tasks during the summer session.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in directing bands and leading sectional rehearsals.
• Serve as a dorm parent, ensuring the safety and well‑being of camp participants.
• Perform basic office duties such as filing, data entry, and equipment preparation.
• Support additional tasks as requested by camp leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any field).
• Experience in music education or related camp settings is preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and complete mandated reporter training.
