Summer Internship in Customer Resolution Services

About the role

Satair is seeking a Summer Intern for Customer Resolution Services to join its CRS Americas team in Herndon, Virginia. The intern will support customers across North and Latin America and contribute to global A220 and distribution product support.

Key responsibilities

• Support CRS Americas process improvement across Satair Red and Blue channels.
• Deploy improvement projects with internal, external stakeholders and customers on demand.
• Contribute to the Global CRS Performance Management Network to shape performance management practices.
• Assist project management for continuous‑improvement initiatives within CRS.

Required profile

• Enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Strong understanding of business metrics, financials and ability to analyse data.
• Demonstrated ability to develop business cases and lead projects of varying complexity.
• Interest in customer service, logistics and shipping within the aerospace sector.
